Warm greetings to you Kenya, Yemen, Israel, Madrid, Pakistan, Syria,
Nigeria, Cameroun, Niger, Chad, Beirut, Iraq, Egypt, The United States, The
United Kingdom and to you brothers, sisters and friends in Paris, Russia,
Tunisia and other countries of the world where the cold hands of terrorism
has touched both in recent times and in the past and greetings also to the rest
of the world.
While it is with lightness of heart, joy and gladness I have
always written, this time I write with heaviness of spirit, pains, tears and
mourning in the backdrop of the inhuman and devastating killings that has
continued to ravage our world and threaten our existence as humans.
It is even more
ridiculous that unlike in the past where natural disasters, wild animals and
epidemics were man’s greatest fear, now man has become a beast that himself
embodies disaster, epidemics and wildness. He has become a malfunctioning robot
who fires sporadically at anything in sight.
He has become an agent of
destruction. Man has been on the receiving end of unfiltered doctrines. Man has
become the beast that bullets are riddled on by a fellow man like a hunter’s game.
Why! Why! Why! Why! Why! Why! Why! Why! Why! Why! Why! Why!
Which of us is not flesh and blood?
My heart bleeds for the undeserved killings of innocent
people in the French capital city of Paris on Friday. I have remained numb,
sympathetic and empathetic to the family and friends of the victims of the
coordinated attacks linked to Islamic State, a terrorist group whose activities
in Iraq and Syria have made headlines in recent times before this recent cross
border attack that hit Paris on Friday night where about 129 people were killed and 352 others were injured.
I have seen several touching photos taken at the scene, one
showing a pool of blood on the floor of the beautiful 1500 seaters Bataclan
Theatre, bullets riddled glass of a Restaurant on Rue de Charonne, and outside
France’s Stade de France football stadium.
I also read the real life account of
one survivor who said he hung down from a window 25 feet from the ground who was found by one of the terrorists, pulled back into the
Theatre and made to sit and watch the massacre.
Where is the end of this Act of War as the French President,
Francois Hollande describes it. What is the solution to this Attack on all
Humanity as Barrack Obama characterizes it and where do we go from this inhuman
attacks that has shaken the emotional Holy Father, Pope Francis himself.
Just where do we go! Just where, somebody tell me where!
While measures are taken daily to curb these senseless killings, these terrorists have also evolved
with time with impeccable sophistication and have gone ahead to orchestrate attacks that even
world powers admits evade surveillance.
Man has become helpless like a ram tied
and waiting for the butcher’s knife.
France just again! Just 10 months after two blood thirsty
brothers unleash terror on Magazine Charlie Hebdo, a cartoon magazine that has
been in controversy for writing against Catholicism, Judaism and Islam.
It is necessary that we join with the French people to hold
hands until we are a formidable wall of good people that are impenetrable to
bad and unscrupulous gun wielding, blood thirsty people. It is needful to
observe a moment of silence for the souls of the departed in the Beirut attack.
It is expedient that we do not forget the people who were shot dead at the
Kenya West Gate Mall attack, The Garissa University College attack, hit hard by
the 9/11 attack at different locations in The United State. It is equally
expedient to bring to heart the people who lost their lives to Boko Haram
activities in the North Eastern part of Nigeria and those who were bomb in the
UK train terrorist attack.
We may be divided by many things; culture, race, tribes,
colour and tongue but we are now united in sorrows and this pain that started
like a trickle of water but has become a mighty Ocean drowning every nation of
the world today.
We are shot with the guns we make with our hands. We are
bombed with powerful bombs the best of our scientist invented to defend our
territories. The world today has become a real life Counter Attack saga stage
where terrorists just emanate from unknown places firing sporadically at
unarmed civilians.
The weapons of our destruction are the ones we make with
our own hands.

I ask world powers to stop weapons from getting to the hands
of unguided people. The guns and bombs killing people today were sold to terrorists
or their sympathizers by their makers. The bomb making manuals were sold to
them and some were even trained to do them by people. People sell intelligence
to these people. People supply bullets and amour tankers to this terrorists.
LET US JOIN HANDS OBAMA, PUTIN, MERKEL, NETANYAHU, FRANCOIS,
XI, SALMAN, CAMERON NEVER AGAIN TO ALLOW WEAPONS OF DESTRUCTION GET INTO THE
HANDS OF AL QAEDA, BOKO HARAM, AL SHABAAB, ISIL, AND OTHER TERRORIST GROUPS.
It is in the days of adversity that our true strength is known.
And to the clergies of all spiritual faith, whether it is
Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism and other faith out there, it is
essential that we preach unity, love, brotherhood and togetherness.
You would
be preaching the greatest sermon in the world just by telling your
congregations or followers that God would never need guns, bombs, knives and
other weapons made by man to fight His own battles. He is God whose nostril air
can crush mountains and at the wave of His hands can wipe out the entire mankind. Even with such ability He has been a kind, loving, patient and
forgiving God who hasn’t used His strength against us despite our sins.
We must never forget that our deviation from the truth, moral
and decency is the canker-worm that has bounded us helplessly and continue to
eat deep into our existence.
Let us drop our guns, knives, bombs and other weapons of
destruction and pick up love which is the greatest weapon of all.
On this note I want to say that you should remain good and
if by some misguided doctrine you have chosen to hate a certain people and have
even declared war on humanity, please come back home, because only the devil
wants you to kill people and never God.
