The greatest gift in your hands today is that ability to open your eyes again to a brand new day and that special grace to have the breathe of life running in and out of your nostrils. I love to say and I hope you believe that all you have is TODAY. Dr Mike Murdock said in his book The Assignment;

There is nothing you can do about your yesterday and I mean absolutely nothing and Tomorrow is uncertain but today is SURE and you can impact your tomorrow with your Today.
You may have lived a life that you may want to describe as terrible, awkward, horrendous and whatever word a dictionary has for a crooked life but well the good news is You have today to make your life right again.
The story of Charlie Ward pointed something fantastic to how much your life can go all the way from worst to being the best. He was a terrible young man who involved in several crimes that landed him in jail. He could have accepted that all hope of a better life was gone but instead he used the greatest tool in his world which is in your world too 'TODAY' and that turned him into a responsible young man who for a total positively visible change in his character got him a release from jail on parole and then from there went on to head a multi-million dollar company after his release. You wanna hear something, Charlie got several Honorary Awards for Excellence and became a Role Model for many.
You see! You have a chance to make it again, to rise up again, to get that family together again, to serve God again and even to change your Identity from negative to positive but it depends on what you do with this great gift in your hands called TODAY.
I plead with you to use your Today to make your Tomorrow great and also forgive yourself for all the mistakes you have made in your Yesterday and your life will be the greatest you and the world have ever seen and then your name will be the latest to join the long list of great men that have passed through this God's green earth.
