I'm unregrettably Nigerian, from West Africa.
I keenly believe that national unity is everyone's decision.
The decision to treat everyone with respect regardless of their tribe, religion, philosophy and their residents lies in our hands.
We must learn from admirable Democracies and civilizations.
Sacrificing our national unity must never be an option.
Our civilized counterparts are surprisingly diversified as well, including the United Kingdom.
Most working economies, with advance technologies and infrastructures are seriously diversified.
Just like us.
They're spectacular in that, capacity always supercede ethnicity.
Merit.
Capacity.
Talent.
Humanity.
They all come first.
Nigeria can.
Mali can.
Bukina Faso can.
Unity!
No artillery can destroy a united people.
Greatness is born from Unity.
Peace.
Progress.
Prosperity.
Glory.
Africa unite.
Shun needless discrimination of one another for trivial reasons.
Bless you, as you find courage to grow together in the face of justifiable reasons to discriminate and hate.
Great be your results for your will.
Glory to Nigeria for her potentials.
We can be and do more as a united people than oil and gas and mineral resources has done for any civilized world.
Lets embrace people for their character and not for their tribes or beliefs.
A significant essence of government is to ensure any and every citizen expresses their full potentials without any limitations.
We are one people;
Igbo.
Anywhere else.
It's a cheap politics to project divisive tactics.
The day Africa unites is the day Africa is truly free from colonialism.
Our oil and gas, our diamonds, our gold; all are useless in the absence of unity.
We must determine to stick together and to work everything out.
We must condemn every word and act of disunity, disunity targeting our National Existence, especially those aimed at our differences.
We must see entities peddling such inciting words or actions as our National Enemies whether they are in our fold or elsewhere.
Because, our wealth is in our unity.
I can bet my whole existence that Africa would continue to remain poor, if it fails to embrace its diversity, accept its unique cilivilization and empower Its own people.
Peace and Unity.
