GOD IN HEAVEN; MAN ON EARTH.

Hello friends across the globe.

As you know, it is always a great delight to share my thoughts with you.

It is a beautiful morning here in this beautiful West African nation of Nigeria.

Across many religion, there is a general acceptance of the rulership of a wise, perfect and omnipotent Supreme Being who have enormous ability to bring to reality some of the most unimaginable yet amazing things.

Think about huge oceans, high towering mountains, extensive greenlands and innumerable and magnificent creatures of various sizes and species.

In the Christian perspective, this Supreme Being is believed to live in heaven, possessing the greatest power.

He is in charge of heaven's affairs with an extension to the earth.

Howewer, He has stationed and empowered man, his creation, to rule on earth as He rules in heaven.

More like the federal, at the center and governors at the state in the democratic system of government.

There is devolution of power.

Man has been endowed with unusual power to manifest God-ability on the earth.

He constantly exhibits this with his creativity in diverse ways and times.

He has designed inventions which in the past were perceived as impossible.

Skyscrapers.

Airplanes.

Technologies.

And others.

It is man's duty to manage the affairs of the earth, set rules to enhance peace and unity, enforce sanity and sanctity among people of all race, tribe and colour.

He is not to be corrupt, stereotypical or sentimental in dishing out his authorities.

Sadly, this has not been the case in Nigeria and most parts of Africa and even around the world.

Looting, intimidations and oppressions have been the order of the day.

Man has continued to crush his fellow man to his injury.

Many have claimed that Africa's ability to pray and fast, and its possessions of large worship arenas are the reasons Africa has continue to exist as a continent, citing we are hanging on the last hope of faith.

This is not totally false.

While we cannot rule out divine assistance and intervention from heaven, I do not totally agree that a people who fails to play their role in building a great society on earth for themselves and the generation to come, as they have been empowered by God to, can pray into existence what God has engraced them to do for themselves.

You are not going to pray a piece of suit out of the wardrobe to magically cloth you, you have the responsibility to reach out to it from the wardrobe and put it on.

Responsibilities.

God is not going to take our hands off the national treasury.

God is not going to take money from the wealth he has blessed us with to better our lot.

God is not going to provide electricity, healthcare and basic amenities for the people.

God is not going to build a business friendly nation and continent for us.

They are man's duties.

It is in his jurisdiction to build a world that is liveable not just to him and his family and friends as we see today, but to everyone else.

It is however shameful to see those who have the privilege to manage the affairs of all, siphoning collective wealth for personal use at the detriment of others.

These persons have not only abused life, they have drowned their names in the drainage of history as big disgrace and objects of disdain forever.

Them, their supporters and their accomplices.

The purpose of my text is not to focus on those who've gone with satan, but those who'd deliver to their people the entire purpose of their enthronement and privileged placements.

We can pray all we want, but if we don't accept our responsibilities, but keep allowing our greed to go ahead of us, it is only a matter of time before we'd be extinct as a continent.

God forbid, but again, man forbid.

I have no reason to think that Africa cannot experience a dramatic turn around with all the material wealth buried underneath her.

Even China, Canada, Russia, Germany, United States and United Kingdom do not think we can't, because we obviously can.

Africa is a huge part of the source of wealth of great nations we today depend on for aids.

Quote me anytime, anyday and everywhere.

Greed is the atomic bomb crumbling Africa to its very foundation.

There are those who have grown big stomachs from the putrid meat of our corruption.

They have permanently welded their lips from speaking the truth to power just to remain in the pool of common wealth.

Let me be the first to say that if Africa falls, the kings, the rich, the poor and the weak will all go into exile to where we'd all live in slavery, torture and obscurity because, he who destroys his home, cannot lay claim on the home of him that built his.

Till the world ends, a people will continue to perish if they fail to gain knowledge of who they truly are.

In conclusion, man has declared war and it held, he has also called for an end to its hostility and it stood.

He has made rules and others abide.

He has curated his environment to his taste and crafted a habitat for himself.

While we wait for heaven to come, we can create heaven right here in Africa, for us, for our children and for foreigners.

This is a humble call to all African leaders and the African people to understand that it is not the responsibility of United States or United Kingdom or China to build Africa, even though we appreciate their little contributions which most times comes at an even higher cost.

It is the core responsibility of Africans to build Africa.

Africa Arise!

God bless Nigeria, Africa and the entire world.
